About Grand Freedom Help
We are a Yerevan-based team helping foreigners — especially Chinese clients — handle banking, business, residence permits and relocation in Armenia, with real local assets behind every promise.
Who we are
Grand Freedom Help is the client-services arm of the Grand Freedom group, a Yerevan-based hospitality and services company. Our team works on the ground in Armenia every day: we are not a remote agency reselling other people's services, but a local operator with its own hotels, its own specialists and its own accountability.
Part of the Grand Freedom group
The Grand Freedom group owns four hotels across Armenia — Aurora Resort in the ski town of Tsaghkadzor, Nacho Hotel in Yerevan, Artanish Beach Resort on Lake Sevan and Cone Hotel in forested Dilijan — as well as the grand-freedom.com booking platform. That means clients get accommodation, relocation and business services from one trusted local owner, and our team has a physical address, real staff and a long-term stake in the country.
Our mission
Armenia is one of the safest countries in the region, with visa-free entry for Chinese citizens, a growing tech sector and banks that serve non-residents. Yet for many foreigners it remains hard to access: language barriers, unfamiliar rules and a shortage of trustworthy local partners. Our mission is to make Armenia accessible to foreigners — with local accountability, not vague promises from abroad. That also means saying no early and honestly when a request is not feasible.
What we do
We cover the full cycle of settling and operating in Armenia:
- Bank accounts for foreigners and non-residents, including remote opening via power of attorney
- Company registration and ongoing accounting for foreign-owned businesses
- Residence permits (temporary and permanent) and citizenship guidance
- Property search, due diligence and transaction support
- Relocation: PSN, SIM cards, translations, schools, utilities and daily setup
- Accommodation at our own hotels for your first weeks in the country
