Our Team
Grand Freedom Help is built as one pipeline of specialist departments — from your first message on WeChat to your residence card and hotel keys, the same company is accountable at every step.
Chinese desk
Native Mandarin-speaking managers are your first point of contact. The desk works WeChat-first, understands Chinese business culture and document habits — notarization, certification, powers of attorney — and explains Armenian rules in plain language, without translation gaps. The desk also coordinates every other department on your behalf, so you always deal with one familiar contact instead of chasing specialists.
Legal & migration specialists
This department handles residence permits, citizenship cases, company registration and document work with Armenian state bodies. They track current requirements, prepare compliant dossiers and accompany clients at appointments. Because rules change, the team re-verifies current practice with the responsible agencies before a dossier is filed, rather than relying on outdated templates.
Accounting & tax
Our accountants maintain books for foreign-owned Armenian companies, file taxes and keep banking compliance in order — so your business stays clean with the authorities year after year. They also handle company banking questions and respond to compliance inquiries.
Relocation coordinators
Coordinators manage the human side of moving: housing search, schools and kindergartens, PSN, SIM cards, utilities, translations and everything else that turns a permit into a settled life.
Hospitality team at our own hotels
Front-desk and service staff at the four Grand Freedom hotels — in Yerevan, Tsaghkadzor, on Lake Sevan and in Dilijan — host clients during their first weeks in Armenia and connect them with the service departments when needed. All five groups share one internal pipeline: a single client record, one coordinator and one accountable company from first message to final document.
