Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to the Grand Freedom Help website and describe the legal framework of our services. By using this site, you accept these terms.
Informational nature of content
All materials on this website — guides, articles, FAQs, hotel descriptions and service pages — are provided for general information only and do not constitute legal, tax or immigration advice. Rules and procedures in Armenia change; timelines and thresholds quoted on the site are indicative. Always confirm the current requirements for your specific case during a consultation.
Services are subject to separate agreements
Nothing on this website creates an engagement between you and Grand Freedom Help. Any service — banking support, company registration, residence permit assistance, accounting, relocation or hotel accommodation — is performed only under a separate written agreement (or a booking confirmation for hotels) that defines scope, fees, responsibilities and deadlines.
No guarantees of government decisions
Residence permits, citizenship, visas, bank account approvals and company registrations are decided solely by the competent state authorities and banks. We guarantee the quality and diligence of our preparation and representation work, but we do not — and lawfully cannot — guarantee the outcome of any official decision. No fee is charged for a promised approval.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Grand Freedom Help is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions taken by state bodies or banks, or for actions based on the general information published on this site without consultation. Our total liability in connection with any service is limited by the applicable service agreement.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Armenian courts unless a service agreement provides otherwise. We may update these terms at any time; the current version is published on this page. Questions: info@gf-help.top.
